- As somebody once told me, that everything & everyone in life has a purpose…..even the banana skin, whose purpose might have been to trip you!!!
Although ironic, I have come to identify with this meaning of life, the fact that I have my purpose & it had to be explored fully, that this creativity which was lying dormant & un-recognised had to surface at some point of time in my life…..and my solitary, introspective existence helped me in my pursuit.… I am a self-taught artist dabbling in different media- oils, acrylics, watercolours, clay…..constantly searching, researching, correcting & learning….in general pushing the boundaries with regards to forms, expressions & colors.
As a habit since childhood,I have always been trying to find out the different perspectives & happenings in the contemporary art scene. Personally, I feel art can never be right or wrong, its just ART & therefore should always be encouraged & applauded. In this, I do my bit by creating a platform for other artists, to reach across to art patrons who collect different art thereby making the art scene less complex than it seems to them.
As many people who know me would find it hard to believe, I am also someone incredibly restless albeit mentally, living in my own imaginative world, inquisitive and try & do things that I enjoy…..
